Jim Thweatt, Vice Chair
Owner, River City Physical Therapy
Physical Therapist.  Former member of the U. S. Disabled Ski Team.  Paralympic medical classifier.  Adaptive ski instructor and ski race coach.  Potential member of the U. S. Disabled Sailing Team.  Advisor to Governor’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports.  Co-founder and past president of Disabled Sports USA of Southern California.

Peter Wiese, Director/Audit Committee Chair
Senior Vice President, Assurance Services
Peter is a certified public accountant and works as a Senior Vice President of Assurance Services with Perry-Smith LLP, a regional accounting firm. His passion for people and sports combined with over 10 years of professional financial and business experience creates a unique set of skills. These skills help serve Disabled Sports with strategic planning, fiscal oversight and various program events. Peter has served on the Disabled Sports Board since 2003.

Lucinda (Cindy) Ehnes, Ex-Officio Member
Director, CA Dept. of Managed Healthcare
Cindy is an attorney with 25 years of legal experience, and is the author of The Prentice Hall ADA Compliance Advisor, one of two books she has written on the rights of persons with disabilities.  Cindy is a graduate of George Washington University and Catholic University Law School.  Her interest in disability and patient rights came from her experience becoming an amputee as a young woman. A member of the United States Disabled Ski Team from 1974 - 1980, she won a total of seven Gold medals in international competition.  Cindy's family includes daughters Lacey (23) and Amy (21) and husband Jack.

Allan Grimsby, Director/Treasurer
College Administrator
Allan has been involved in disabled sports (basketball, tennis, cycling and monoskiing) since a very young age and currently volunteers at the Adaptive Snowsports School in Lake Tahoe.  He is a college administrator at the University of California and has previously served on the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross and United Way.

Jim Castellanos, Director
Investor Manager
Jim is a graduate of San Francisco State University (BS Accounting/Finance) with over 25 years of experience as a real estate investor, concentrating primarily in the Silicon Valley. He is a former board member of the Tri-County Apartment Association and a volunteer for the junior achievement program.
