ANNUAL FUND MEMBERSHIP

There are several ways you can contribute to the ongoing success of our organization. Your contribution to our Annual Fund is welcome anytime.

Your ongoing support is critical to our success. Individual donors, service clubs and business supporters are the “lifeblood” of our organization. You are the people who believe in our mission and the powerful life changing effects of our programs.

Annual Fund Memberships are encouraged at the following levels:

Annual Participant Membership $30

Challenger $30-$249 Believer $250-$499

Achiever $500-$999 Motivator $1,000-$4,999

Mentor $5,000-$9,999 Visionary $10,000 and up

Disabled Sports does not conduct “junk mail” campaigns. We ask for your support three times each year. Your annual renewal at the Membership Level or above is due October 1st each year as we prepare for the winter season. Our holiday appeal asks you to include us in your giving at this special time of year and our spring appeal helps support us as we prepare for our summer programs.
