Make your reservations for your parties for children and adults

RESERVATIONS

Reservations are required, and are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. We suggest calling two to four weeks in advance to reserve the dates you desire. Payment may be made by check, or credit card (not Amex), and is required to guarantee your reservation. Payments are non-refundable.

Registration for adaptive snowsports instruction is now open. Lessons begin December 14, 2007 and are available daily (except December 25) until April 12, 2008.

To make a reservation call 530-581-4161 or email: reservations@disabledsports.net

If notice of cancellation is received 7 days in advance for summer programs and 24 hours in advance for winter programs, a credit will be issued which can be used towards participation in another Disabled Sports program. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not receive a refund or credit. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if you arrive more than 30 minutes late without calling. Under these circumstances you will not receive a refund or credit.

Special Winter Considerations
When making reservations for ski and snowboard lessons, remember the mountains may receive heavy snowfall the day of your lesson. The fact that it is snowing or chains are required does not warrant a credit or refund for a canceled lesson.

Katherine Hayes Rodriguez Scholarship Fund
For participants with extreme financial needs, our Katherine Hayes Rodriguez Scholarship Fund will cover the cost of participation. This Katherine Hayes Rodriguez Scholarship Fund is maintained by donations from service clubs, businesses and private individuals.  Click here for more information about scholarships.

How to apply for a scholarship.  It is not uncommon for individuals with disabilities to have heavy financial responsibilities, limiting their access to many activities. A scholarship covers the cost of participation in any of our winter or summer programs.

Scholarships are limited to one (1) per winter and summer season.

To apply for a scholarship please call our Program Center at (530) 581-4161 or click here for our interactive PDF scholarship application.*  Once completed, print the form and mail or fax it to:
