Reservations are required, and are accepted on a first-come,
first-served basis. We suggest calling two to four weeks in advance to
reserve the dates you desire. Payment may be made by check, or credit card
(not Amex), and is required to guarantee your reservation. Payments are
non-refundable.
If notice of cancellation is received 7 days in advance for summer
programs and 24 hours in advance for winter programs, a credit will be
issued which can be used towards participation in another Disabled Sports
program. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not receive
a refund or credit. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if you
arrive more than 30 minutes late without calling. Under these
circumstances you will not receive a refund or credit.
Special Winter Considerations
When making reservations for ski and snowboard lessons, remember the
mountains may receive heavy snowfall the day of your lesson. The fact that
it is snowing or chains are required does not warrant a credit or refund
for a canceled lesson. Contact us for more
information about our programs. Ph: 530-581-4161
Katherine Hayes Rodriguez Scholarship Fund
For
participants with extreme financial needs, our Katherine Hayes Rodriguez Scholarship Fund will cover
the cost of participation. This Katherine Hayes Rodriguez Scholarship Fund is maintained by
